Matching Director Toolkit Log File Name with the Toolkit File Name (.cfg)

The Director Toolkit log file name should match the Director Toolkit (.cfg) file name. (i.e. LocalPM.cfg should create LocalPM.log). The log files should not have any ambiguity associated with their origin. If a different naming system is needed, any support requests should include details of the variance from recommendations.
