Do not send eFORMz output through\u00a0a PCL driver or some other driver type. Complete the following procedure for Windows systems to add a network printer to your list of available printers for eFORMz to print to.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerequisites<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The printer&#8217;s IP address<\/li>\n<li>Permission to create a new printer on the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Windows<\/b> <b>10<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Search the system for Advanced Printer Setup and follow the link or Printers &amp; scanner under window devices<\/li>\n<li>Click The printer that I want isn&#8217;t listed.<\/li>\n<li>Select Add a printer using a TCP\/IP address or hostname, and then click Next.<\/li>\n<li>In the Device type field, select TCP\/IP Device.<\/li>\n<li>In the Hostname or IP address field, enter the address of the printer.<\/li>\n<li>Clear the\u00a0Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use box. The printer must use the Generic \/ Text Only driver. Click Next.<\/li>\n<li>Select Generic in the Manufacturer column, select the Generic \/ Text Only driver, and then click Next.<\/li>\n<li>Specify a printer name. This is the name the printer is shown as in Printers and Drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Click Do not share this printer, click Next, and then click Finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now the printer is included to the system&#8217;s list of printers.
