Troubleshooting: Pipe Closed Error

A “Pipe Closed” error message is usually an indication the operating system blocked further communication to the device defined for the eFORMz printer. Possible causes that have been seen include: disk space on the spooler volume, permissions, printer offline (Windows only), and network interruptions. If none of the above issues apply, please send your Printers.xml file along with the current Director Toolkit file (.cfg) to support@minisoft.com.
