^^^ The HP3000 application PIN number.

Messages beginning with "REMOTE ABORTED THE CONNECTION..." or "NET READ FAILED.." indicate that the connection from the client (usually Windows) system received an ICMP disconnect message without an application specific quit request.

This message is usually generated by the TCPIP stack of Windows in response to someone logging off, shutting down, or quitting the application.

It has been reported to have been generated by VPNs/routers/firewalls when an inactivity timeout limit is set.

In most cases, there is no action to be taken when this message is seen regardless of the server issuing the message.

The information is provided in the $STDLIST of the job (with a timestamp) as information to diagnose a client reported problem. If no problem is reported and these messages are few in number, they can be safely disregarded.
