Just this last week I had a licensing problem with one of your products (Middleman). Specifically, I had a problem uploading the licensing utility from e-mail to a HP e3000 since the only terminal emulator I have is WRQ Reflections (not the Minisoft emulator as recommended).

After a few calls between Mark Harrington and myself which did not lead anywhere, Mark actually loaded a copy of Reflections on his own machine and helped me troubleshoot to a successful download. I think Mark showed resourcefulness and perseverance in helping me with this problem.

I am very pleased with the support I have been given and will recommend Minisoft products to management and colleagues.
