e-Direct is our new email module for our
electronic forms package eFORMz. With e-Direct you now have the ability to email any eFORMz form
as a PDF file. This means you can now email Invoices, Purchase
Orders, Statements and other forms to vendors and customers.
How
does it work?
e-Direct provides you with the ability to email (as
PDF attachments), fax, print and archive individual pages of
report data. Using
'conditions', any number of these different processing methods
can co-exist for selective output. e-Direct can determine
whether to send the output to an SMTP server for emailing, a fax
server, printer device, archive system, or any combination of
the above.
Do
I need eFORMz to use e-Direct?
Yes, eFORMz is the tool that gives
you the ability to do away with ‘pre-printed’ forms and to
replicate them to ‘electronic’ forms. Including, but not
limited to:
