eFORMz is designed to provide users with a flexible and dynamic tool for creating custom reports fast and easy right from your own office.

eFORMz does not require you to learn a new forms design tool. Instead, you design your forms in a favorite word processor (ie: Microsoft Word, WordPerfect), desktop publisher (ie: PageMaker, QuarkXPress), or drawing package (ie: CorelDraw). Once the form is drawn, simply print it from the Windows application. eFORMz then captures the output and adds the electronic form to its library.

Client Tools

eFORMz Composer
The eFORMz Composer manages your form designs and electronic forms output. Data can be managed and formatted using variables, rules, and data formatting options such as lines per inch, characters per inch, character sets, and font style.

The eFORMz Composer does not require you to learn a new forms design tool. Support for Fill In PDF Forms

Along with fillable pdf form support, eFORMz users can take advantage of eReader, the eFORMz Document Viewer. Unlike other on-line document viewers, which require you to purchase a full version software package, eReader allows users to print, save, email, and fax their own on-line documents with ease. No additional software or licensing needed!

Document Archiving

eVUE, an add on module to eFORMz,  is an Archiving Report Manager which allows you to archive merged reports from eFORMz. Documents are managed in a dynamic web-based environment. Archived documents can then be managed in hierarchical folders and stored to be e-mailed, faxed, or printed at a later time. Features include:

• unlimited report generation
• user flexibility, each user can build and delete their own report folders
  support for multiple groups of users (Administrator / General Users)
• print, e-mail, or fax all or part of a report
• and data extraction.
