Minisoft’s New Development Tool for Building Form-Based Applications and Web Services
SNOHOMISH, Wash.—November 26, 2012—Minisoft Inc., a leading provider of forms generation, transactional email, CRM and legacy connectivity solutions, is pleased to release Active Forms, a new development tool for building form-based applications and web services. Minisoft’s Active Forms integrates with and extends Minisoft’s forms generation and transactional email products, such as eFORMz and eDirect+.

Using the powerful formatting and processing ability of eFORMz and eDirect+, Active Forms users can build interactive forms fill-in applications. These applications can be deployed with a standard web browser or Minisoft’s eReader content viewer. In addition to building form-based applications, Active Forms delivers content to and processes input from these types of applications. Active Forms can also be used to create web services which can:

  • Deliver eFORMz-generated content in a variety of formats (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PDF, or XML).
  • Execute eFORMz and eDirect+ processes, such as printing, emailing, PDF file generation, and database updates.
  • Submit input data to Minisoft’s Print Director’s input queues for processing.
